Catches it the day it happens
Double payments, unusual amounts, missed monthly charges, misfiled documents. Arc re-checks everything the moment a file arrives, shows you the evidence, and remembers when you say it’s fine.

Your always-on finance companion. Arc lives on a Mac Studio in your office, checking the books, forecasting what’s next and answering with the source attached, day and night. Nothing leaves the building.

Double payments, unusual amounts, missed monthly charges, misfiled documents. Arc re-checks everything the moment a file arrives, shows you the evidence, and remembers when you say it’s fine.

Arc re-forecasts whenever your numbers change, then scores itself against what you actually spent. You always know how much weight each number can carry.

Share Financial data, Policies, Contracts or Payroll and HR with exactly the people who need them. Every answer draws only on what the person asking may see.

Plain-English questions, answers you can check. The database does the arithmetic, and every answer links to the rows and pages behind it.

Yes. Client meals are covered up to CAD 150 per person, including tax and tip. With you and two clients the limit is CAD 450, so a CAD 210 dinner is well inside it.

No. The model, the search index and the records database all run on the Mac Studio in your office. The only outside connections are ones you start yourself, such as adding a file from a shared link.
PDFs, including scanned ones, Word, Excel, CSV and text files, emails with their attachments, Apple Mail and Gmail mailbox exports, and ZIP archives. It reads them in place, including Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint and iCloud folders synced to the Mac.
The model never adds up numbers. It turns your question into a filter, such as a category, vendor or date range, and the records database does the arithmetic. Every total is shown with the rows behind it, and a payment that appears in two files is counted once.
Arc shows you. Each month it forecasts the last three complete months using only the data available before each one, compares the result with what was actually spent and reports the average error next to the forecast.
Yes. Each person signs in with their own email and password and sees totals, checks and answers only from the spaces shared with them: Financial data, Policies, Contracts, and Payroll and HR. The boundary sits in the database, before anything reaches the model.
No. Arc is included in every Faraday Machines plan: Starter at $299, Growth at $599 and Scale at $999 a month on a 36-month plan, with the Mac Studio, open-weight models, support and updates.
